It’s the new home of Quality Home Care Services.

Business Growth and Expansion is wonderful to see especially in rural NL. Dianne Costello, Owner of Quality Home Care Service started her business venture 13 years ago in the basement of her Ferryland home. Initially, a sole employee she realized that she would need an additional staff member to assist with the day to day operations of her home care agency business. Noticing the demand for such services Dianne jumped at the opportunity to fill that need, has expanded her business and currently has six staff in the office. This company now has over 100 employees providing personal care, respite, compassionate care, etc to those from St. Shott’s to St. John’s who wish to remain in their homes. With the continued business growth Dianne quickly realized that she would need a larger office space, a training room and individual offices for all employees to provide confidential space for both clients and employees of the agency. In October, Dianne opened the doors to her newly constructed building in Ferryland.
